Welcome to Epic Eventures Staffing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website www.epiceventuresca.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Services
Epic Eventures Staffing provides professional event staff including bartenders, servers, and hosts for private and corporate events.
All services are provided according to the details specified at the time of booking. Service duration is based on a 4-hour minimum, with additional time available by prior arrangement or on-site approval (subject to hourly rates).
2. Booking & Payment

Full payment or a deposit (as stated during checkout) is required to confirm your booking.

Final payment must be received no later than 48 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include those supported by Wix or authorized third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal).

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued and subject to staff availability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the total booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

In the rare event Epic Eventures Staffing must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, natural disaster), a full refund or equivalent rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Event Conditions & Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe working environment, including access to adequate lighting, shelter, restroom facilities, and reasonable break periods for staff.

Any required permits, insurance, or venue authorizations are the responsibility of the client.

Staff are not responsible for handling cash bars, security duties, or illegal alcohol service.

Clients agree to treat all staff with respect and professionalism; misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Liability
Epic Eventures Staffing and its representatives are not liable for:

Damages, injuries, or losses arising from event activities beyond our staff’s control.

Property loss or damage caused by guests or third parties.

Delays or disruptions due to weather, power outages, or unforeseen venue issues.
Our liability shall in no case exceed the total value of the contracted services.
6. Alcohol Service Policy
Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or engages in unsafe behavior.
We comply with all California ABC laws and require valid identification for alcohol service.
7. Overtime & Additional Hours
If an event exceeds the agreed-upon time, overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate for each staff member.
Overtime must be approved on-site by the client or event coordinator.
8. Photography & Marketing
By hiring Epic Eventures Staffing, you consent to the use of non-identifiable photos or videos of event setups or staff in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
