Service Description

Our Event Hosts ensure your celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish. From greeting guests and managing timelines to coordinating with catering and staff, we provide experienced professionals who keep your event organized, welcoming, and stress-free. Whether it’s a private dinner, corporate mixer, or wedding reception, Epic Eventures Staffing delivers reliability, composure, and a premium level of service your guests will notice. (4-hour minimum per host. Travel fees may apply for select locations.)


Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be requested at least 14 days in advance of the event date. Each staffing service carries a 4-hour minimum. Additional hours may be added upon request. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits and confirmed bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Bookings are not considered confirmed until approved by Epic Eventures Staffing.
