Service Description

Our experienced Event Servers handle every detail of your event with professionalism and care. From tray-passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet service to full dinner plating and cleanup, our team ensures smooth flow and polished presentation throughout your event. Epic Eventures Staffing provides reliable, well-trained staff who know how to anticipate guest needs and keep service running effortlessly — so you can enjoy your celebration stress-free. (4-hour minimum per server. Travel fees may apply for select locations.)


Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be requested at least 14 days in advance of the event date. Each staffing service carries a 4-hour minimum. Additional hours may be added upon request. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits and confirmed bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Bookings are not considered confirmed until approved by Epic Eventures Staffing.
